Haryana CM Vows Action in Ex-Aide’s "Shady" Land Deal – "Zero Tolerance for Corruption

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is now under pressure to explain how his former Principal OSD, Neeraj Daftuar, got tangled in a questionable land deal—one that reeks of backdoor permissions and suspicious transfers.

Khattar Breaks Silence: "I’m Looking Into It Personally"

So, here’s the tea—Haryana’s Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar just dropped a bombshell response to those very spicy allegations against his former right-hand man, Neeraj Daftuar. And let’s just say, things are getting interesting.

At a press conference on Sunday, Khattar didn’t mince words. "I don’t tolerate corruption—never have, never will," he said, sounding every bit the stern leader. But here’s the kicker—he admitted he’s personally digging into the claims that Daftuar might’ve pulled some strings in a super sketchy land deal back in 2022.

The Allegations: Fast-Tracked Permissions & Suspicious Transfers

Okay, so what’s the deal? (Pun intended.)

AAP’s Anurag Dhanda went full detective-mode last Friday, accusing Daftuar’s family of flipping a company (A.N.A Real Logistics) that just so happened to score Change of Land Use (CLU) approval in record time—like, 12 days fast. 🚀

But wait, it gets juicier.

Two days before the CLU got approved, the company (and all its shiny new land) was sold to Daftuar’s wife and son… for just ₹75 lakh. Meanwhile, the land was bought for ₹2.73 crore two months prior. 🧐 Hmm.

Khattar’s Response: "I’ve Asked for Records"

The CM didn’t outright defend Daftuar—instead, he played it cautious. "I’ve summoned the records," he said, adding that he’d been out of town but was now "seized of the matter." (Big words, sir.)

He also threw in a not-so-subtle warning to AAP, who’ve been threatening to disrupt his events over this. "Police will handle it," he shrugged, before adding, "But hey, we respect opposition events too." Classy.

The Big Question: Will Daftuar Face Consequences?

Right now, it’s a "wait and see" game. Khattar’s known for his anti-corruption stance, but this is his own ex-OSD we’re talking about. If the records show foul play? Things could get messy.

Meanwhile, AAP’s demanding a CBI probe, and honestly? With this much smoke, there’s probably fire.
