Prayagraj: In a significant ruling, the Allahabad High Court has dismissed the Order 7 Rule 11 objection raised by the Muslim side in the Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi idgah Mosque dispute. This decision comes as a major setback for the Muslim side, which had challenged the maintainability of the petitions.

The Allahabad High Court ruled in favor of the Hindu side, accepting the maintainability of their civil suits. This paves the way for the trial in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case to proceed in the Allahabad High Court.

The decision was delivered by a single bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain. The trial related to the petitions will continue, and the court will proceed with further hearings on the matter.

This ruling allows the Hindu side to move forward with their claims in the ongoing dispute over the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and the Shahi idgah Mosque in Mathura.
