A man was seen in a video punching a woman and forcibly forcing her seat in a car on a busy route near Mangolpuri flyover in Delhi on Saturday. Both the car and its driver have been located.
The car is from Ratan Vihar in Gurugram, according to the police, who claimed to have deployed a team of personnel there.

A video of the event, which depicts the man seizing the woman by the collar and aggressively pushing her into the taxi with the yellow licence plate, is making the rounds on social media.
After pushing the woman inside the car, the man beats her and then sits on the front seat while another man enters the vehicle and takes the seat next to the woman.
Providing an update on the situation on Sunday, police stated that two males and a girl had used Uber to order a car to take them from Rohini to Vikaspuri, and that an altercation occurred between them enroute.

The girl wanted to leave after the argument, according to the police.
