This incident happened on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway on May 13, which was recorded by high-resolution CCTV cameras installed on the highway. As soon as this matter gained momentum, the police have registered a case against the accused leader. He is being searched for.
A police officer said that Bhanpura police have registered an FIR against Manohar Lal Dhakad and his female companion under sections 296 (public obscenity), 285 (causing danger to life and property) and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code (BNS). The accused leader is absconding since the incident. Several police teams have been formed to search for him. The investigation of the Transport Department has confirmed that the white car seen in the CCTV is registered in the name of Manohar Lal Dhakad. His wife Sohan Bai Bani is a district panchayat member.
As soon as the political connections of the accused Manohar Lal Dhakad were exposed, BJP district president Rajesh Dixit had to give clarification. He said, "Manoharlal Dhakad is not a primary member of BJP. His wife is definitely a district panchayat member, but she has no direct connection with the party." After this incident, reactions were also seen at the social level. Dhakad Mahasabha Yuva Sangh has immediately dismissed him from the post. He was on the post of its national minister. National President Arjun Dhakad said that this decision has been taken to maintain the prestige of the organization.

Under this, there is a provision of imprisonment of up to 6 months or fine up to 5 thousand. Punishment and fine can also be done together under both the sections. In this way, Dhakad can remain in jail for a maximum of 6 months.
