Mumbai Auto Driver Arrested for Rape: Shocking Details of Victim's Condition Revealed

A shocking incident took place in Mumbai's Vanrai area when a 20-year-old girl alleged that she was raped by an auto driver. The police arrested the accused and started probing into the matter. However, as the probe went on, some unexpected facts came to the fore.

The Incident: Rape Allegations and Medical Findings

The victim was found unconscious near Ram Mandir Station late on Tuesday night and rushed to KEM Hospital immediately. During her medical examination, a cesarean blade and stones were found in her private parts. This developed suspicion and sent the police deep into the well of investigation.

Contradictory statements by the Victim and Shocking Revelations

Initially, she claimed that she had no parents. However, this statement was later proved to be untrue. She lived with her parents in Nalasopara, and her story took an about-turn. The victim confessed that she had given herself the slicing by blade and stones following a reprimanding from her parents.

The girl had earlier traveled to Virar's Arnala Beach along with the accused auto driver, where they could not get accommodation as they did not have an identity card. They spent the night on the beach where the driver raped her, and later she traveled to Nalasopara Station, where, fearing her parents' anger, she inserted the items into herself to avoid their wrath.

Previous Allegations and Arrest

He had also lodged rape cases against two men in 2023 at Nirmal Nagar and Shivaji Nagar police stations. Vanrai police finally arrested the accused auto-rickshaw driver on the night of the incident following his investigation. Several questions are raised in this case, and the police continue to investigate the minor details related to this very complicated and disturbing case.
