Collision Leads to Unusual Chase

He clings to the roof of the taxi to prevent his driver, whose registration number is MH 03 AX 0199, from escaping. The taxi drove away even as he attempted to do so and appealed to other commuters to plead with the driver to stop. The windshield of the car was visibly shattered with the screeching wheels adding to the mayhem.
