Trends take different colours with time. Be it fashion trends, meme trends or political trends. They are bound to stick with us for obvious reasons. Sometimes they are way too funny or other times quite striking. For BJP’s JP Nadda, ‘Pawri’ is the best way to woo voters in Bengal.
But this time it seems that the viral ‘Pawri Horahi hai‘ fever has taken a political hue. When BJP chief JP Nadda used the Pawri video’s pickup line to push the party’s promise of parivartan, it sooner went viral.
Nadda was addressing a rally ahead of the 2021 Assembly elections in Bengal.
Nadda’s reference to Pawri Ho Rahi Hai trend in his speech is making ripples all over social media.It was BJP’s ‘Poriborton Yatra’ of Nabadwip zone, which ended in Anandapuri of Barrackpore district.

However, it is not clear yet if his political spin in the Pawri way was intentional or not!
The Election Commission of India also announced the poll dates for four states and one UT today. The states are Tamil Nadu, Kerala, West Bengal, Assam and the Union Territory of Puducherry where elections are due in April-May.
Polls will be held for 294 seats in West Bengal, 234 seats in Tamil Nadu. It will be 140 seats in Kerala, 126 seats in Assam and 30 seats in Puducherry.
Furthermore, After Bihar, this will be the first major set of elections amid the pandemic.
