Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government has issued a stern warning to employees who have yet to declare their movable and immovable assets on the Human Resource Portal. The Yogi government has stated that salaries for those who fail to report their assets by September 30 will be withheld. As of Monday, employees have until the end of the day to submit their asset details.

In a related development, DGP Prashant Kumar made a significant announcement, stating that over 99% of police personnel have complied with the requirement to disclose their assets. According to Kumar, a total of 315,857 police officers have submitted their asset details. He noted that those who have not provided this information are either long-term absentees or suspended officers.

With the deadline for asset declaration looming, the government emphasizes the importance of transparency and accountability among its employees. Failure to comply could result in significant consequences, including the withholding of salaries. Today marks the final opportunity for employees to fulfill this requirement.
