The situation in Parliament worsened as leaders of the INDIA bloc, protesting over Home Minister Amit Shah's comments regarding Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, held a demonstration. The protest began at Dr. Ambedkar's statue and stretched up to Makar Dwaar as leaders demanded Shah's resignation over his controversial remarks.

BJP MPs Injured Amid Protests

During this, BJP MP Pratap Sarangi was thrown down the stairs by being pushed from behind by the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, according to reports. Subsequently, Sarangi was seen rolling in a wheelchair. Reports say that BJP MP Mukesh Rajput also has been injured and is reportedly in the ICU.
