Puducherry has come under the President’s rule days after the collapse of Congress-led government in the Union Territory.

This came as the result of multiple resignations from the party. Bharatiya Janta Party and its allies didn’t stake a claim to form a government.

The Union Territory will go through the election process incoming three month.
