New Delhi: Rahul Gandhi, a Congress member who is leading the Kanyakumari-to-Kashmir Bharat Jodo Yatra, gave an explanation for why he dresses in a t-shirt even when it is cold outside.
The Gandhi scion claimed it all began when he observed three underprivileged youngsters during the yatra’s Madhya Pradesh leg, speaking at a press conference during the yatra’s Haryana leg.
“Yatra arrived in MP while it was only slightly cold. Three disadvantaged kids came to me wearing ripped clothing and shivered when I hugged them. I made the decision that day to only wear a t-shirt till I start to shiver “explained Rahul Gandhi.

Since the yatra approached northern India, Rahul Gandhi and his t-shirt have become a talking point.
When questioned about the white T-shirt he had been sporting ever since the Bharat Jodo yatra started, the Wayanad MP had responded, “Jab tak chal rahi hai chalayenge.”
His party mates have praised him as a superhuman for valiantly enduring the cold wave and continuing on his mission while many on the opposing side of the political spectrum have branded it a gimmick. Science has the solution as to why Rahul Gandhi doesn’t experience cold.
