Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank was admitted to AIIMS Tuesday. News Agency ANI reported today.
The minister had tested corona positive in April and had subsequently recovered from the infectious disease.
Pokhriyal wrote blog on the CBSE exams. He had mentioned that a timely decision must be taken to prevent uncertainties among students, teachers and parents.
Reiterating that the Centre will ensure that examinations are conducted in a safe way, he said that students should be getting adequate flexibility, options and time for undertaking it.
Also, the government was to convene an internal meeting on June 1 on the decision to conduct Class 12 board examinations.
The Centre has been deliberating over conducting the exams. It is expected to announce the decision soon on the mode of exams and schedule.
