AI Will End the Era of “Intellectual Coolies,” Says Sadhguru at INSIGHT: The DNA of Success 2025
INSIGHT: The DNA of Success 2025 opened at Isha Yoga Center with Sadhguru stating that AI will eliminate “intellectual coolies” and create new opportunities for agile entrepreneurs. Over 200 global executives from 20 countries are attending the four-day leadership program.
At the opening session of the 14th edition of INSIGHT: The DNA of Success, Sadhguru said that the rise of artificial intelligence will eliminate the era of “intellectual coolies,” freeing human beings to use their intelligence in more meaningful and creative ways. The annual four-day business leadership intensive is currently underway at the scenic Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, with over 200 CXOs, CHROs and top global executives from 20 countries in attendance.
Held from November 27–30, 2025, INSIGHT brings together business owners and corporate leaders to explore the science of scaling enterprises and enhancing inner capabilities. Addressing concerns about AI and job disruption, Sadhguru said: “The power of ‘intellectual coolies’ is going to go away very soon and I'm so happy about this… Your brain is to be used in a different way, which a machine can never do.”
He added that AI will challenge those who rely on a single job or fixed role, but for entrepreneurs, it will unlock “a million new possibilities.” Sadhguru described entrepreneurship as an adventure that demands agility and resilience: “An entrepreneur should not be thinking of survival… An entrepreneur is an adventurer wanting to create something, even if it costs life.”
Highlighting the importance of curiosity, he said, “Conclusion is death. Questions keep you agile and stepping into something fresh every day.”

The program also featured insights from Lord Karan Bilimoria, Member of the House of Lords (UK), who emphasized the value of loyal teams and family support during crises. “Better to fail doing the right thing than to succeed doing the wrong thing,” he said.
In the next two days, participants will hear from distinguished leaders, including Nitin Paranjpe (HUL), Raj Sisodia, Rohit Bansal, Shashank Kumar, and Dr. Bala Subramaniam of Harvard Medical School. Past editions of INSIGHT have featured top leaders from India’s corporate and technology ecosystem.
