Shocking Discovery at Lucknow Airport: One-Month-Old Fetus Found in Cargo Luggage

Lucknow Airport: A spine-chilling incident occurred at Lucknow's Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport when a one-month-old fetus was found in a cargo shipment. The airport staff, during routine checks on Tuesday morning, found a plastic container inside the luggage with the remains of the fetus. Shaken by the discovery, they promptly alerted the CISF and the local police.

The cargo, which was meant for Mumbai, had been routed through a courier service. Due to an apparent mishandling, the package was delivered to Lucknow Airport instead of Mumbai. During the routine security screening, the machine flagged a box containing the fetus, which was promptly examined. On opening, the staff found a one-month-old fetus inside a plastic container.

According to police officials, the Indira Nagar IVF clinic of Lucknow sent the sample, which was to be received by Solitaire Premises in Mumbai. The shipment never reached the intended address; instead, it went astray, causing a mix-up at the other end. In their investigations, officials are looking into how this was allowed to happen and have even questioned some of the agents of the courier services involved in the affair.
