Sultanpur Cobbler's Shop Becomes Sensation After Rahul Gandhi Repairs Slipper

In the Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, Ramchait's cobbler shop has suddenly become the talk of the town. A seemingly ordinary slipper hanging in his shop is attracting extraordinary offers, with bids ranging from two lakh to as high as ten lakh rupees. The reason behind this surprising interest is none other than Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
On July 26, Rahul Gandhi visited Sultanpur for a court appearance. During his visit, he made a stop at Ramchait's shop, where he personally repaired a slipper and some shoes.
Since then, people have been eager to purchase the slipper mended by Rahul Gandhi. However, Ramchait has no intention of selling it. "I have received offers up to five lakh rupees for the slipper that Rahul Gandhi repaired, but I don't want to sell it," he said.
The incident has brought unexpected fame and attention to Ramchait's modest shop, turning a simple act of shoe repair into a prized and symbolic possession for many.
