The Delhi High Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of dismissed trainee IAS officer Pooja Khedkar by holding that the fraud committed is grave enough. The court further stated that the fraud was not only an offense against the institution but also a betrayal of society, and thus, canceled her interim protection.
Pooja Khedkar is accused of availing fraudulent means to take advantage of the OBC and disability quotas in the Civil Services Examination. After investigation, UPSC canceled her candidature and filed an FIR against her.
