Mahakumbh happens to be the biggest cultural congregation in the world and attracts millions of devotees. It will begin with Paush Purnima Snan on January 13 and culminate with the last bath on February 26, Mahashivratri. The board is expecting logistic problems and excessive rush in Prayagraj during this time and hence might get affected while smoothly conducting the examinations.
