A 12-foot-long python weighing approximately 40 kilograms was discovered in a farmer's field in Rui Khed village of Akot Taluka, Akola district. The discovery was made while agricultural activities were in full swing, causing fear and alarm among the local residents.
The large python's presence in the field led to a temporary halt in farming activities as the villagers gathered, concerned for their safety. However, the situation was soon brought under control by local snake rescuer Amol Mankar and his team, who carefully captured the python.
