Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Several states in North India have been witnessing brighter sunny days. Alao, a rise in temperature has been recorded in many regions including Delhi in the past few days.
As per the India Meteorological Department, the weather will remain clear in the states for the next few days, although some places are cold at night.
In the national capital, there will be a rise in the minimum temperature of Delhi. The IMD forecast for today says the sky will remain clear in Delhi.

Weather News Forecast for Tomorrow (February 16)
In Rajasthan also, people have been basking in the sun after the colder dry winds. The clear weather in Jammu has raised the temperature there in the valley.
There will not be any relief from the cold right for now. As per the IMD, the weather is going to remain the same in the coming days as well.
Moreover, isolated rains are likely over Tamilnadu, interior Karnataka and Kerala.
Weather News for South India
Isolated rainfall over Tamil Nadu, Kerala and the Lakshadweep Islands over the next 3 to 4 days is very likely. This is due to the influence of northeasterly winds flowing in the lower troposphere blowing over coastal Tamil Nadu.
Rainfall is also expected over the plains of northwest India from February 17 to 20.
In addition, another western disturbance from February 17-20 will result in lead to scattered to fairly widespread light rainfall/snowfall over the western Himalayan region and isolated or scattered rain over the northwest India.
