The majority of people who are infected with COVID-19 experience a mild or asymptomatic disease which can be treated at home. If you are one of them, practice the following steps under the consultation of your doctor, to help you feel better.
Keep yourself active. Move around for 15-20 mins every 2 hours.
Consume as much liquid as possible, at room-temperature.
Consume fresh fruits and veggies to support your immune system.
Eat a potassium rich diet – eggs, bananas, avocados, asparagus, etc.
Consume probiotics or electrolytes.
Avoid meat and alcohol.
Sleep on your stomach. Avoid sleeping or resting on your back.
Practice breathing in through your nose and avoid using your mouth to breathe.
Do NOT consume any antibiotics.
Keep track of your symptoms and check your oxygen level 2-3 times a day.
Isolate yourself and sanitize your surroundings regularly.
