It’s been nearly a year since the first case of novel coronavirus was discovered and even today the need for utmost safety is the priority. Going outside, playing with friends, going to theatres, gyms, dance clubs, schools and social gatherings is something that people are missing the most.
However, with the progress in vaccine, people have started going out, embracing the new normal. While going out is inevitable, people are always on their toes to ensure maximum safety to the family.
Here are some tips that will make your family outing safer and happier
#1 Follow all precautions
Unfortunately, contrary to the health risks involved, there are people who often overlook coronavirus precautions. To ensure all round safety, ensure that you and your family wear mask every time they go out. It is also important to use sanitiser every hour. Make sure that you maintain social distancing and stay strong 6 ft apart.
#2 Try to avoid crowded places
Prevention is always better than cure. If you are planning to go out with your family, try to choose a place that receives lesser crowd. Try to avoid peak hours and take lesser congested roads.
#3 Pack useful things
Apart from clothes and regular items, pack sanitizer with at least 60 per cent alcohol, disinfecting wipes, tissues, extra fabric masks and a resealable bag to store the mask while not in use (e.g. while eating or drinking).
#4 Do not avoid any symptoms
If you are planning to go for a vacation, then before leaving, get yourself tested for COVID-19. Make sure every family member is feeling well and is infection free
#5 Eating out tips
However there are no proofs supporting the spread of coronavirus through food but as far as you can, try to refrain from eating outside. If this is inevitable then carry your own utensils. If you are not able to pack utensils, try to choose the safest option, like take away instead of dine-in. Always sanitise your home before and after eating
#6 Wash your hands
On coming home, first of all wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
