Basically, you can do an ‘Ayurvedic detox’ for better ‘physical’, ’emotional’ and ‘spiritual health’. Ayurveda expert Dr Kohli shared some tips on her Instagram for you all to go with this Navrati.
It will help improve your digestive fire while detoxifying your body of all the impurities. It will also build the Ojas which ultimately reflects as an outer radiance or Tejas.”
Tips for Ayurvedic Navratri detox:
- Try buckwheat dhokla or cheela or buckwheat dosa with mint chutney for your breakfast.
- You may keep a copper water bottle and try to stay hydrated throughout the day.
- Have a wholesome Lunch.
- Eat makhanas, fruits and veggies.
