-3 medium-sized bitter gourds
-1 glass of water

First, take green and fresh bitter gourd.
Now wash them thoroughly. You can peel off bitter gourd peels if you want.
After washing, cut the bitter gourd into small pieces and keep it in a bowl.
After 2 hours, wash the bitter gourd thoroughly by rubbing it with water 5-6 times.
Now, remove the seeds from the pieces with the help of a knife. Put the bitter gourd pieces in the mixer jar. Pour 1 glass of water from above and stir.
