3. Guava

4. Apple 

An apple a day will definitely keep the doctor away. Many nutritionists believe that apples have high nutritional value and antioxidant content. This helps in strengthening overall body health while boosting immunity to fight seasonal infections. Apples are available in a variety of colours and taste such as green, red and pink. These are rich sources of proteins, vitamin C, K, fiber. You can include apples in the form of smoothie, shakes, porridge etc.
