Raveena Tandon is undoubtedly one of Bollywood’s most fashionable actresses, but if anyone can equal her sense of style, it’s Rasha Thadani. The actress posted a number of images of herself and her daughter twinned in traditional attire on Instagram. Rasha wore a modern printed lehenga in the photographs, while Raveena stood out in a gorgeous saree. With a heart and an evil eye emoji, Raveena captioned the images, “Unconditionally, together forever.”
From the clothing line by designer JJ Valaya, Raveena Tandon and Rasha Thadani selected their looks. The mother-daughter team was styled for the occasion by famous stylist Surina Kakkar.
Raveena Tandon donned an orange chiffon saree with beading, delicate embroidery, and decorations in the form of sequin floral patterns on the patti borders. She wore a saree, the drape of which fell carelessly off her shoulder. She added a matching orange blouse with patti borders to the outfit. The blouse has a deep V-neckline and silver embroidery all over it.
Raveena accessorised with a similar emerald necklace, earrings, bracelets, rings, and high heels. She finished off her look with a centre-parted sleek bun and opted for mauve lips, rouged cheekbones, darker brows, dazzling highlighter, and light contouring. She also used orange eye shadow, sleek eyeliner, mascara on the lashes, and mauve eye makeup.
Rasha Thadani, her daughter, wowed in a black cropped top and a lehenga skirt with a monochromatic pattern. Her blouse had a plunging neckline and long sleeves, and her entire lehenga was covered with the pattern. She also wore a dupatta, a transparent black fabric with elaborate embroidery on the border. Her appearance was completed by her centre-parted, loose hair, an oxidised silver choker necklace, blush pink lips, delicate eye makeup, flushed cheeks, and dewy skin.
Rasha dressed up for her mother Raveena’s special day in this lovely, magnificent gown. She was given the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian honour. On April 5, President Droupadi Murmu gave the actress the prestigious award at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Currently, Raveena Tandon is engaged in a number of fascinating initiatives. She will take part in Aranyak’s second season.
