#1 Fish face

This facial yoga is a cakewalk for those you who cannot go without a pout while striking a pose to the camera. For this exercise, all you need to do is just suck in your cheeks, hold this pose and try to smile as wide as possible. Regularly practicing this facial yoga will give you high cheeckbones, chisled jawline, sharp facial structure and lively expressions. Make a pout and smile away! It’s that easy

#2 Cheek puff

To do this exercise, just inhale and fill your mouth with air, like you would do while filling a balloon. Now, alternatively puff your cheeks with air and then exhale out from your mouth. You can regularly practice this yoga at any time of the day and repeat as many times as you can.

#3 Smile if out

Did you know that laughing and smiling is good for your health? Yes! You heard it! Your smile can be one of the most effective facial exercises that ensure healthy, lively and sharp face structures. Try to smile as wide as possible while keeping your mouth open. Ensure that your eyes are wide open as well. Hold this pose for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

#4 Cheekbone Lift

Not all of us are blessed with Angelina-Jolie like high cheekbones, but practicing regular cheekbone lifts might bring you closer to get chiseled cheekbones. Place your fingers over each cheekbone and gently lift your skin. Now open your mouth and form an elongated ‘O’. Doing this should make you feel resistance in your cheek muscles. Hold this elongated ‘O’ face for five seconds and repeat for 10-15 times.

#5 Jaw flex

There is no denying the fact that double chin will make your face look more heavier and older than it actually is. If you want a toned jawline with super effective facial yoga technique then this exercise is just for you! Tilt your head back until you’re looking at the ceiling and move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can. You should feel this exercise in the jaw muscles near your ears. Hold this pose for ten seconds and complete 10-15 sets.
