Eating before 8 PM may help in weight loss?

So, eating your dinner late can make you gain weight? No, eating at night won’t make you fat if your overall food intake complies with the daily calorie and macronutrient needs.

Experts say, if you feel hungry after dinner, then you may eat light snacks afterwards. You can also include carrot sticks with hummus, a handful of nuts or apple slices with nut butter may also do. Weight loss is not a big problem if you know how to maximize the nutrition on your plate.

Moreover, you can eat fruits anytime of the day. It is noteworthy that breakfast can be skipped if you are following intermittent fasting or want to eat your first meal at lunch.

Small and frequent meals will help boost your metabolism. As eating small meals frequently helps you to stay full for longer.

You should avoid eating carbs at night. So, if you have aimed for weight loss, you should not include carbs at night as it can get converted into fats.

But if you do regular exercise, it speeds up your metabolism so that is not a major concern when it comes to carbs. If you can digest it, nothing like it.
