Moreover, you can eat fruits anytime of the day. It is noteworthy that breakfast can be skipped if you are following intermittent fasting or want to eat your first meal at lunch.
Small and frequent meals will help boost your metabolism. As eating small meals frequently helps you to stay full for longer.
You should avoid eating carbs at night. So, if you have aimed for weight loss, you should not include carbs at night as it can get converted into fats.
But if you do regular exercise, it speeds up your metabolism so that is not a major concern when it comes to carbs. If you can digest it, nothing like it.
