According to an official order released on Monday, all schools in the district would continue to remain closed up until November 26, 2024. This order applied to classes ranging from preschool to grade 12. At this time, educational institutions conducted classes over the Internet, ensuring uninterrupted learning.
The air quality in the NCR has been continuously under the "severe" category, rendering outdoor activities-the most commonte ones being school commutes-not safe. Authorities will continue to monitor the levels of pollution and update the situation further as it changes.
