Noida: In a tragic incident, the 17-year-old daughter of SHO Dhruv Bhushan Dubey from Noida Sector-24 police station ended her life by jumping from the 22nd floor of Ace Platinum Society in Surajpur Kotwali area on Tuesday.
The young girl, who was a class 11 student, reportedly took this drastic step after an argument with her mother. Local police promptly sent the body for post-mortem.
According to the information received, SHO Dhruv Bhushan Dubey, who resides with his family on the 22nd floor of Ace Platinum Society in Greater Noida, had an argument with his daughter on Tuesday. Upset by the scolding from her mother, the girl jumped from the flat. She was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shakti Mohan Awasthi, confirmed that the incident occurred following an argument with the girl's mother.
