Principal, Class Teacher and Supervisor Arrested in Noida's Modern School for Covering Up 6-Year-Old Girl's Molestation
The Noida police have arrested the principal, supervisor, and teacher of a private school for allegedly ignoring a sexual assault complaint made by a six-year-old student. The incident, which occurred on September 3, involved a laborer working at an under-construction site within the school premises.
According to police officials, the girl informed her class teacher about the assault, but her complaint was ignored by the school authorities. Instead of taking immediate action, the school management, including the principal and supervisor, attempted to cover up the incident and allegedly helped the accused escape.
“The class teacher and principal, in collusion with the school supervisor, tried to hide the incident and facilitated the laborer’s escape,” said a senior Noida police official. The police have launched a manhunt to track down the laborer, with multiple teams working on the case.

The child’s parents reported that their daughter was inappropriately touched by the laborer. Further investigation revealed that the contractor who hired the laborer also played a role in allowing the accused to evade arrest.
An FIR has been registered against the accused under Sections 74 (outraging women’s modesty) and 263 (obstruction to lawful apprehension of a person) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, along with sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The police are actively investigating the case, and efforts are underway to apprehend the laborer involved in the crime.
