Spain and Italy will face each other on Tuesday in 1st semi final of EURO 2020 after beating their opponents Switzerland and Belgium respectively.

Spain vs Switzerland
Spain went to the Euro 2020 semifinals on Friday after winning 3-1 in a tense penalty shootout against tough Switzerland. Both clung to a 1-1 draw after extra time despite being reduces to ten men by a sending off.
After Gerard Moreno and Dani Olmo had converted for Spain while Sergio Busquets and Rodri wasted their kicks. Mikel Oyarzabal scored the game-winning penalty.
Unai Simon of Spain made saves from Manuel Akanji and Fabian Schar of Switzerland, while Ruben Vargas’ attempt went past the bar.
In normal time, Spain seized the lead in the eighth minute when a Jordi Alba drive was deflected into the net by Daniel Zakaria.
Switzerland, looking to win their first of four quarter-final appearances in major championships, deservedly levelled in the 68th minute when Xherdan Shaqiri took advantage of a mix-up Spain defence.
Remo Freuler’s straight red card in the 77th minute complicated the Swiss case. But they held on to force extra time and somehow withstood a Spain onslaught to reach spot-kicks.
Despite defeating France 5-4 on penalties by scoring all of their kicks in the last 16, only Mario Gavranovic could defeat Simon, and the Swiss were in disappointment.
Italy vs Belgium
Meanwhile, Italy also went to the Euro 2020 semi-finals. As Nicolo Barella and Lorenzo Insigne scored in the first half to give the Azzurri a 2-1 win against Belgium in an enthralling match in which both teams had numerous chances.
Barella took up the ball, made his way past defenders in the box, and shot home in the 31st minute for Italy. Italy will face the Spaniards in London on Tuesday.
After collecting the ball on the left and sprinting past a defender. Insigne doubled the lead in the 44th minute with a long-range drive that went past Thibaut Courtois.
After Giovanni Di Lorenzo pushed Jeremy Doku to the ground and put an arm on him. Romelu Lukaku scored a penalty for Belgium just before the break.
