Indian cricketer, Hardik Pandya’s father passed away on Saturday. He was 71 and died of a cardiac arrest.
It was reported that Himanshu Pandya had suffered a heart attack and could not survive it.
Hardik had just returned home from the limited over series against Australia last month. He was present at the time when his father breathed his last.
Hardik’s elder brother Krunal, leading the Baroda team in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Trophy, has also left the tournament mid-way to reach back home.
As the bad news of Pandya brother’s father’s death spread, cricketers like Virat Kohli and others began pouring their condolences in.
