Team India is clashing against South Africa in the first ODI of the three match series.
South Africa won the toss and elected to bat first and managed to put a good total of 296 runs at the loss of 4 wickets on board.
Both Temba Bavuma and Rassie van der Dussen smashed amazing centuries and lead Proteas to a great total.
Jasprit Bumrah grabbed the most Wickets for the Indian side and bagged two crucial wickets.
The Crucial Breakthrough
South Africa won the toss and invited Team India to field first. Quinton de Kock and Janneman Malan came to open the innings for Proteas in the first ODI.
The opening pair failed to gave a start as they lost Malan in the fifth over itself on the delivery of Jasprit Bumrah.

Team India threw Proteas on the backfoot with Aiden Markram’s run out in the 18th over. Proteas lost their third wicket on just 68 runs.
It seemed as if Team India would be having a dominant control on the match after early set of breakthroughs.
Temba Bavuma was then joined by Rassie van der Dussen and the game completely changed from there.
The both of them joined an astonishing 204 runs partnership for the hosts and brought them back in the game.

Both Temba Bavuma and Rassie van der Dussen completed their amazing tons and helped Proteas put 296 for four on board from 68 for 3.
Jasprit Bumrah once again provided India with the crucial breakthrough as he dismissed Bavuma in the 49th over.
The breakthrough didn’t allow Proteas to jump the possible 300 plus mark by the last over.
