IND vs SA, 3rd Test: Marco Jensen lead the Proteas’ Counter-Attack with ball

Team India is clashing against South Africa in the third and final test of the series.

Team India won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 198 runs in the second innings and took the lead to 211 runs.

Rishabh Pant smashed an unbeaten century and lead Team to a respectable total and provided them with a chance to fight.

Marco Jensen grabbed the most Wickets from Proteas side and bagged four crucial wickets.

Proteas’ Counter-Attack

Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli came to bat and start the Innings on the third day.

Marco Jensen sent Pujara back on the second ball of the day and gave India their third blow.

Kagiso Rabada then dismissed Ajinkya Rahane in the very next over on the score of 1 and threw India on backfoot.

Then came Rishabh Pant and he joined the skipper Virat Kohli to progress the scoreboard and build the Innings.

He joined a crucial 94 runs partnership for Team India and help Men in Blue back in a stable position.

Lungi Ngidi sent Virat Kohli back on the score 29 runs of 149 balls and broke the partnership.

Kagiso Rabada and Lungi Ngidi grabbed three wickets each and played their role in restricting India on a low score.

Marco Jensen on the other hand grabbed 4 wickets and ended the Indian second innings on the score of 198.

Team India put a target of 212 in front of Proteas for the second innings.
