South Africa defeated Team India in the second ODI to win the three ODI match series.
Team India won the toss and scored 287 runs at the loss of wickets batting first and Proteas chased it with 7 wickets and 11 balls remaining.
Janneman Malan and Quinton de Kock smashed amazing half centuries and set the base for Proteas victory.
Quinton de Kock was awarded with player of the match award for his blazing 78 runs knock of just 66 deliveries.
The Indian bowling Comeback
Quinton de Kock and Janneman Malan came to open the Proteas innings and chase the target of 288 runs.
De Kock from the start was playing in aggressive manner and lead the blazing Proteas start.

Janneman Malan held of the other end and steadily progressed the scoreboard alongside.
Both of them joined a 132 runs opening partnership stand for South Africa and gave them the required start for the chase.
The partnership ended with Shardul Thakur’s dismissal of Quinton de Kock in the end of 22nd over. He got out after scoring 78 runs of 66 balls.
The skipper Temba Bavuma joined Malan on the crease to progress the scoreboard and he continued from where he left in the previous match.

He with Janneman Malan joined 80 runs partnership for the South African side and allowed them to recover from the loss of Quinton de Kock.
Jasprit Bumrah gave Team India the much needed break through and dismissed Malan on the score of 91 runs of 108 balls.
Yuzvendra Chahal dismissed Temba Bavuma in the very next over and brought Team India back in the game.
