Team India won the toss and elected to bat first and got all out on the score of 252 amd Sri Lanka lost 6 wickets on the score of 86 by the stumps day 1.
Shreyas Iyer scored the most runs for Team India as he played a knock of 92 runs of 98 balls and help Team India reach a respectable total.
