MS Dhoni, the captain of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), admitted on Monday that while it is difficult to “keep up” with the younger players in the team, he does not want anyone to point fingers at him over his fitness.
He added, although he can’t guarantee results, he tries to stay in shape so that quality of his game can’t be doubted.
MS Dhoni, admitted that “getting old and being fit are two difficult things”.
Dhoni said he has to keep up with younger guys and he feels good to challenge them.
“When you are playing, you don’t really want anyone to say he’s unfit. I have to keep up with the younger guys, they are very fast, it’s good to challenge them,” Dhoni said
Meanwhile, talking about match he said he was glad CSK scored 180 plus in the match. He praised his side’s performance.
