IPL 2022 is currently the biggest cricketing topic in the world in spite of the fact that there are still days left in it.

Big Blow for CSK
All teams would play 14 match each, 7 home games and 7 away respectively. There would be two groups.
Group one consists of MI, KKR, RR, DC and LSG and the other one has CSK, PBKS, RCB, GT and SRH.
Teams will have 2 matches against team of their group and one of the team of the second group and single matches against the rest of the members.
This method was last used in 2011, which was also the last time their were 10 teams in the IPL, Pune Warriors India and Kochi Tuskers Kerala.
Mumbai and Pune are the only two venues for IPL this year. 3 stadiums from Mumbai and one from Pune.
20 matches in Wankhede Stadium and 20 matches in DY Patil Stadium of Mumbai. 15 matches in Brabourne Stadium Mumbai and 15 matches in MCA International Stadium Pune.
Among all this a big news has surfaced that might not be so good for CSK and its fans as Deepak Chahar would miss majority of IPL matches.
CSK invested 14 Cr in Deepak Chahar and losing him is a big loss in both the batting and bowling department of the squad.
Chahar was the spearhead bowler for CSK and now with no Hazlewood and Shardul Thakur too, things might not go well for CSK.
