IPL Auction will once again take place and this time in the month of February. The most probable dates are 7th and 8th of February.
This is also being considered as the mega Auction as there will be two new teams part of the Auction this time. All the franchise would be building their new teams mostly out of scrap again.
Ben Stokes earlier announced that he will not be a part of the IPL season and rather would be preparing for the England’s summer season.
Stokes has been one of the highest bid player in the IPL and one of the greatest assets for the Rajasthan Royals in the past few years.

Joe Root and Jofra Archer are the others two big names that has decided to rule out of the upcoming IPL season.
Jofra Archer and Ben Stokes were a crucial members of the Rajasthan franchise and would be missed in the upcoming season too.
