Dravid, who has followed Gill’s cricket career closely, praised the young India opener for his outstanding efforts with the senior team as the two talked about Gill’s recent ODI performances. Gill brought up a gesture made for Dravid at the Holkar Stadium in Indore, the site of the third ODI, toward the end of the film.
After the famous former Indian batter and captain, the changing room at the Holkar Stadium in Indore was christened in 2015. How does it feel to walk inside the changing room bearing your name? On bcci.tv, Gill questioned Dravid.
The head coach of Team India laughed and expressed his appreciation while also admitting that it was “embarrassing.”
“It feels fantastic. You’re grateful for all the love I’ve received from so many individuals throughout the years. It’s an honour to be able to play this sport in this country. The affection you receive is incredible, and I was fortunate to have the talent to play cricket and be able to do so for a long period “Dravid explained.
“At times, I also feel a little embarrassed. But you are grateful, “Dravid continued.
