Rishabh Pant is an outstanding and rising cricketing player that has proved himself on countless different occasions.
The young wicketkeeper has even lead Delhi Capitals to IPL finals.
His ability to hit the ball outside of the boundary lane is extraordinary and second to none.
In his already growing career he is achieving many new milestones in the cricketing field but on Sunday he was provided with an opportunity outside of the Cricket Stadium.
Rishabh Pant’s new Achievement
Pant was last seen in the T20 series against New Zealand, in which Team India got a clean sweep victory of 3-0.
He is currently in South Africa preparing for the test matches starting from 26th of December.
Pant was also one of the names under consideration to be the vice-captain of test team after Rohit Sharma’s injury.
He is currently part of the tour as the primary Wicket Keeper and Wriddhiman Saha is the secondary one.
Rishabh Pant was born in the state’s Roorkee town in Haridwar district and the Uttrakhand government has decided to make him the brand ambassador of the state.
Taking to Twitter, Dhami wrote in Hindi, “One of the best cricket players of India, idol of youth, son of the soil Shri Rishabh Pant has been appointed by our government as the state’s brand ambassador with the aim of encouraging the youth towards sports and public health.
To this Rishabh responded with, “Thank you @pushkardhami sir for giving me the opportunity to be the Brand Ambassador of promoting Sports and General Health among the people of Uttarakhand. I’ll do my best to spread this message and feeling happy that you are taking these steps towards a fitter India,”
It is a great moment for the young cricketer and he would surely be looking forward to stand up to the expectations.
Rishabh Pant would be a crucial player in the series against Proteas and hopefully he would perform really well.
