Sachin Tendulkar to Virat Kohli – cricketers and their luxury cars

Cricket in India is a religion and cricketers are gods. So, it is customary that we keep ourselves up to date what our favourite cricketers are up to – be it on the field or off-field. And with the rise of social media, following our favourite sports personalities has never been easy. And this piece is all about the Indian cricketers’ hot wheels.

From healthy lifestyle to influencing viewers, almost all of us are after the ever-increasing indulgence to emulate the cricketers. From Sachin Tendulkar to Virat Kohli, from Yuvraj Singh to Hardik Pandya, did you know these superstars are owners of some sweet rides.

Here is the list of most expensive cars owned by the Indian cricketers:

1. Sachin Tendulkar:

The Master Blaster is known for his cricketing genius, but little did we know that the Sachin is a car aficionado as well. The former Indian cricketer owns – a BMW i8, a 750Li M Sport from the BMW-7 series; and the BMW M6 Gran Coupe which comes with a 4.4-litre V8 turbocharged engine. Besides these, he also owned the Ferrari 360 Modena, gifted to him by Michael Schumacher of Formula 1.

2. Virender Sehwag:

Best known for his triple ton in a Test, Sehwag owns a Bentley Continental Flying Spur worth Rs 3.10 crore. Sehwag also has a high-end BMW 730 ld which was gifted to him by Sachin Tendulkar.

3. Yuvraj Singh:

The former cricketer owns a Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640-4 – one of the costliest cars owned by an Indian cricketer. He owns the BMW E46 M3 convertible, which was never officially sold in India. The Bentley Continental Flying Spur, the Mercedes Benz S-Class and the Lamborghini Murcielago are also some of the luxury cars that you can find in his garage.

4. Harbhajan Singh:

The former spinner owns the Hummer H2 SUV, and is the second Indian cricketer to own it after MS Dhoni. The Hummer cost him a whopping Rs 1 crore back in 2009 when he ordered it from London. He also owns a Ford Endeavour.

5. Virat Kohli:

The current Indian cricket team’s captain is the face of the Audi India and is the proud owner of Audi’s R8, RS5, Q7 and the latest Q8. He also owns the Lamborghini Gallardo.

6. Rohit Sharma:

The Indian vice-captain owns the F10 version of BMW M5 priced at Rs 1.1 crore. Other mentionable cars under his hood are a BMW X3 and a Toyota Fortuner.

7. Hardik Pandya:

The flamboyant all-rounder owns a Lamborghini Huracan EVO which costs nothing less than ₹3.73 crores. He also owns a Land Rover Range Rover, for which he had to pay almost Rs 1.66 crore and a Mercedes AMG G63.

8. MS Dhoni:

India’s world-cup winning captain is popular for his automobile craze. His love for bikes is known to many but he also owns a number of hot wheels. He owns an Audi Q7, the Hummer H2 SUV, the GMC Sierra and also the Land Rover Freelander 2.
