TATA IPL 2022, Eliminator 1, RCB vs LSG: RCB ends the LSG’s campaign and eliminates them from the playoffs

TATA IPL 2022 featured the 14 runs victory of Royal Challengers Bangalore over Lucknow Super Giants in the Eliminator 1.

LSG won the toss and elected to bowl first and RCB managed to score 207 runs at the loss of 4 wickets and then restricted LSG on 193 runs at the loss of 6 wickets.

Rajat Patidar smashed an crucial century knock of 112 runs of just 54 balls and lead RCB batting line-up to a huge score.

Josh Hazlewood grabbed 3 wickets in his four over spell for 43 runs and lead RCB to victory.

LSG won the toss and invited RCB to bat first. Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis came to open the innings for RCB.

Although RCB lost Faf in the first over itself but Virat gave his team a really great start and joined 66 runs partnership with Rajat Patidar.

He unleashed a storm of blazing shots on the LSG bowling line-up and got a little help from Dinesh Karthik and helped their side reach 207 runs.

Harshal Patel grabbed one wicket but only gave 25 runs and his last two overs turned out to be match winning.
