TATA IPL 2022 featured a 2 run loss of Kolkata Knight Riders against Lucknow Super Giants.

LSG won the toss and elected to bat first and managed to score 210 runs without any loss of wickets and then KKR fell short of just two runs in a thrilling chase

Quinton smashed a blazing century knock of 140 runs of just 70 balls and helped LSG reach a massive total.

Rinku Singh smashed a blazing knock and scored 40 runs of 15 balls and helped KKR almost reach the target.

Both of them gave their team a blazing start and joined a massive opening partnership of 210 runs.

Both of the openers returned to pavalion with their unbeaten knock not out a first ever incident in the history of IPL.

Quinton de Kock was dropped on the score 12 in the third over itself by debutant Abhijeet Tomar.

Quinton smashed a blazing century knock of 140 runs of just 70 balls and helped LSG reach a massive total.

KL Rahul smashed a supportive half century and scored 68 runs of 51 balls and helped De Kock from the other end.

KKR lost two early but then Nitish Rana and Shreyas Iyer joined a crucial 56 runs partnership, which followed by a half century from Shreyas Iyer.

Sam Billings played a great knock too but the real Highlight of the match was none other than the rising start Rinku Singh.

Rinku Singh smashed a blazing knock and scored 40 runs of 15 balls and helped KKR almost reach the target.

KKR almost chased the target but in the end fell short by just two runs and go out of the tournament.
