KKR won the toss and elected to bowl first and bowled out PBKS on 137 runs by the 19th over.
Umesh Yadav lead the bowling attack and grabbed 4 wickets in his four over spell for just 23 runs.
Tim Southee grabbed two wickets too and contributed with the bowling too.

KKR won the toss and invited PBKS to bat first. Mayank Agarwal and Shikhar Dhawan came to open the Innings for PBKS.
They lost their Skipper Mayank Agarwal in the first over itself as he lost his wicket to Umesh Yadav after scoring just 1 run.

PBKS constantly lost wickets in regular intervals and failed to create partnership at any point of time.
Bhanuka Rajapaksa was the sole performer from the Kings side to put on a show and help team with a respectable total.
He only faced 9 balls before his departure but still smashed 31 runs and 22 runs in a single over of Mavi in which he got out.

Narine and Varun Chakravarthy were bowling really economically and kept on building the pressure on them from the other end.
Umesh Yadav grabbed four wickets in the match and became the purple cap holder with a total of 8 wickets.
