Team India‘s former mental conditioning coach Paddy Upton revealed a big story of his time in the Indian dressing room.
He was also the part of Indian dressing room during 2011 World Cup victory.

Paddy Upton during the period of 2009 to 2011 was the mental conditioning coach of Indian Cricket Team. He was appointed under the time when Gary Kristen was the Indian head coach.
Paddy has written book known as ‘The Barefooted coach’, he was also the member of Rajasthan coaching staff.
Paddy suggestions to players
According to the book written by Paddy, he suggested some big names from Team India to be sexually active before matches
Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid and Gautam Gambhir are among such names.
He told that he gave them this suggestion and told them the benefits of it in their career.
Then Head Coach was really unhappy with this suggestions from Paddy Upton.
Paddy Upton believed these methods would be really useful for the players and their performance would only improve with it.
Paddy in his book has also called Gambhir the weakest and most insecure mentally and even considered him a pessimist.

According to the sports department of Mexico University, this method is actually really useful and got so many advantages.
According to their general co-ordinator, to be in a sexual relation before a sports competition is good for the mental health of the player.
This method helps players remain mentally relaxed, satisfied and happy. It helps them to escape the tension and perform well.
This method doesn’t have any drawbacks, the player would only loose 200 to 300 calories but that can be regained by eating a chocolate or biscuit.
