Kylian Mbappe has expressed his displeasure with PSG’s promotional videos for the 2023-23 season ticket, stating that the club does not represent “Kylian Saint-Germain.”
The World Cup champion is a prominent figure at Parc des Princes. He recently became the club’s top scorer of all time this season, with a total of 202 goals in 251 appearances. He signed a new contract in 2022, and the reigning Ligue 1 champions are eager to keep him in the French capital for a long time. Nonetheless, Mbappe is displeased to learn that he is prominently featured in promotional content aimed at enticing fans to purchase season tickets for next season.
Mbappe wrote on Instagram: “I just took part in the viewing of the club’s re-subscription campaign for the 23-24 season. At no time was I informed of the content of the interview. It looked like a basic interview during a club marketing day. I don’t agree with this published video. That’s why I’m fighting for the right to the individual image. PSG is a big club and a big family but it is especially not Kylian Saint-Germain.”

Despite having signed a new contract, there are doubts about Mbappe’s future at PSG. However, the focus of uncertainty at the moment is on Lionel Messi, the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner, as there is speculation about a possible return to Barcelona.
