Apple may launch the next iPhone SE+ 5G in the second half of April or early May. As per a market analyst, the new iPhone SE is speculated to be based on the same design language that was featured on the last-generation model.
It might have an identical 4.7-inch display but the one key difference over the existing model on the iPhone SE+ 5G is believed to be the next-generation cellular connectivity.
One may also expect some performance enhancements The iPhone SE+ 5G shipments will start from late April or early May.
Earlier this January, the analyst had suggested the official name of the new iPhone SE model.
The design of the iPhone SE+ 5G is speculated to be the same as the existing iPhone SE one.
Rumour has it that Apple’s A15 Bionic chip, along with 3GB of RAM will also be there. The new iPhone SE is also likely to come with an improved 12-megapixel primary camera sensor.
Furthermore, the iPhone SE+ 5G is expected to have 5G connectivity as a big change over previous variants.
Some computer-aided design (CAD) renders of the new iPhone SE also suggested Face ID support and a notch similar to the top-end iPhone models.
But as per the recent reports, those changes would not be a part of the iPhone SE coming this year.
Along with it, Apple is also speculated to launch its new iPad Air model — iPad Air (5th generation).
As per the JP Morgan analysts, Apple may be able to attract more than a billion non-premium Android users.
However, Apple has not provided any details yet about the new iPhone SE.
