Apple will soon allow users to to sign in to websites on Safari using Face ID and Touch ID. It had announced in the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) last year. Apple is soon going to introduce passwordless sign-ups. Announced in a developer session called 'Move beyond passwords', Apple introduced something they call Passkeys. These Passkeys will help you sign up for services without any passwords. Now the question arises how will these passkeys work? How will Apple Passkeys work for sign up? Once you visit a website that supports Passkeys, you will enter your username of choice when you register and then use Face ID or Touch ID to sign in. You would not need passwords for Apple sign up. For authentication, your Face ID or Touch ID will be used and you can easily sign in. Passkey will be there in the iPhone, iPad, and Macs later this year.
