Putting an end to the anxious wait of many PUBG Mobile fans, Krafton finally announced earlier this month that it will soon launch Battlegrounds Mobile India. The Indian version of the game is a replacement to PUBG Mobile in India. The government had banned the game in August 2020.

Well, now the latest piece of information is that ahead of the game’s launch Krafton has announced that the game is now available for pre-register for users in India on Google Play Store.

“There will be specific rewards available for fans to claim, only if they pre-register the game. These rewards would be specific to Indian players only,” Krafton has announced.

Battlegrounds Mobile India: How to pre-register

The links to pre-register are already live on Google Play Store. So, to pre-register, go straight to Google Play Store, look for Battlegrounds Mobile India application. Then, click on the ‘pre-register’ button. And you are done!

Krafton will notify the users once the game is launched and is available to download and play. Furthermore, Krafton says the game will feature four exclusive pre-registration rewards, including the Recon Mask, the Recon Outfit, Celebration Expert Title, and 300 AG.

Free-to-play experience

Meanwhile, the game will arrive as “free-to-play experience on mobile devices”, and will only be available for players in India.

In order to maintain user privacy, Krafton says it is working with partners “to ensure data protection and security, at each stage. This will ensure privacy rights are respected, and all data collection and storage will be in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in India and for players here.”
